Meet the Cellthy Homes Founder
Hello, my name is Nicholas Smith.
Cellthy Homes was born from my firsthand experience with wellbeing, building biology and how to rationalise efficacious products in an unregulated space.
After several decades climbing the corporate ladder in a very demanding career in finance, I reached an epiphany in 2016 - With my mind and body feeling the weight from 20-hour days and perpetual stress I decided to pull the rip cord and start again.
After a short break I started researching how I could mitigate some of the many symptoms that I was obviously wearing and where to start with so many voices and opinions. I started by studying Indoor Environmental Quality at the Building Biology Institute, learning about the importance of being aware of environmental health hazards in terms of Air, water quality and the increasingly prevalent electromagnetic radiation.
At the same time, I looked at ancient protocols like meditation and deliberate hot and cold exposure, applying a healthy amount of scientific rigour to assess their specific biomolecular benefits.
Working as a consultant implementing these strategies on several property developments, I recognised that the products were still siloed and largely offered piecemeal. Cellthy Homes aims to put all the results together and deliver these to both residential and commercial projects

Following payment of a £150 service charge, we will get to work coordinating the procurement and installation of your services. Should you decide to purchase one of the products we suggest in excess of £1,500, we will refund the service charge – This essentially makes this a free service.

Our clients benefit from our scientific background, the due diligence we have undertaken to sort the metaphorical wheat from the chaff in the wellness space and our relationships with supplier.
